• Tools include thermographic analysis for detection of missing insulation and leaks, zip level survey for establishing foundation tilt and deflection, and DJI Mini4 Pro drone for inspecting roofs with difficult access.  This means you will receive a more in-depth inspection, showing detail on the home that may not otherwise be visible with the naked eye. 

• Your inspection will be designed to align with your needs and expectations.  This means you will have comfort in knowing your family will be safer, and that you are making a sound investment.

The Inspection​

• I follow the TREC Standards of Practice (SOP).  This means a thorough review of the structural components (incl. foundation), roofing (including the insulation and structural components), plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems, interior and exterior components, and appliances.

• Your report will contain actionable insights and recommendations for you and your realtor to consider when negotiating with the seller.

• Barring unforeseen issues, you will typically receive your inspection report within a couple of hours of completion of the inspection. If you do not receive your inspection report before 7:00am, the next day, after your inspection, your inspection is free.
